I'm Allison Mattheis, my family and I moved across the country from Washington State to Florida in 2021. My wonderful husband is a firefighter, because of this I have become very passionate about finding my clients the perfect homes in the best locations. I joined Epic Florida Realty with 14 years of personal real estate experience including; buying and flipping auction houses, rentals, cross-country relocations, land development and major fixer-uppers. I have my MBA and 20 years of experience in customer relations and data analysis allowing me to bring a unique perspective of the Central Florida real estate market to my clients.
